Led a complex delivery setup in the public sector across multiple specialist systems, modernization efforts, and stakeholder groups. The focus was on more reliable delivery, clearer prioritization, and a workable operating model in an environment shaped by legacy systems, shared resources, and competing stakeholder interests.
By structuring the end-to-end flow, introducing shared roadmaps, and establishing clearer prioritization, the setup became significantly more manageable. Commitments could be delivered more reliably, delivery quality improved, and hotfixes became rare. At the same time, collaboration with stakeholders improved and customer satisfaction remained consistently between 8 and 10.
