Porsche Golf Circle

Technical foundation and delivery setup for a digital community platform by Porsche. The platform was built as an app-based offering for Porsche customers and combined infrastructure, automated delivery, and compliance requirements in a product-oriented setup. My focus was on AWS architecture, infrastructure as code, Jenkins pipelines, monitoring/alerting, and operational responsibility for delivery and runtime operations. Porsche positioned Golf Circle as an exclusive international app-based community for golf-playing Porsche customers.

I designed and implemented the technical architecture, built the delivery pipelines, and set up operations so that releases became faster, provisioning more stable, and manual intervention significantly lower. Cleaner service separation, automated deployments, and a mandatory QA approval process made the platform operationally more resilient. In addition, I actively supported the TISAX certification process through final acceptance, helping strengthen the platform’s compliance readiness.
