Shaped the technical foundation for DHL’s global web platform in an international enterprise environment. The focus was on platform architecture, standardized AEM environments, reusable deployment models, and a hybrid multi-tenant structure designed to balance global consistency, local adaptability, and more reliable delivery.

The platform was improved so that environments could be provisioned faster, releases became more reproducible, and technical standards became clearer across teams. This created a stronger basis for global scale, controlled local variation, and delivery that was easier to manage in day-to-day operations.
