Built and led a delivery environment for the modernization of a long-established public-sector information system. The setup was shaped by multiple clients, a historically grown legacy landscape, high coordination overhead, and the challenge of making a new team effective under demanding conditions.

A new, capable team was established with a clearer setup and strong adaptability. By structuring roles, ways of working, and delivery governance, the initiative remained workable even in a demanding multi-client environment. At the same time, the scope of responsibility and revenue grew significantly.
